I think we should have it where, since Buy only comes on like once a week, if a majority (a few mods and members) agree that a rule is good/bad, you should add/take it away, because why should Buy be the end all be all if we all agree on a rule but can't enforce it because ONE MANS opinion decides whether to keep or get rid of it, regardless of what the members/moderators think? Just because Buy made this site does not mean he should be the end all be all of the rules, although he definitely should have an influence on them.
Also, I do agree that people shouldn't make new accounts if you banned them, but you just banned some people for BAD reasons, you shouldn't be banning people for "insulting" members, I don't care what you think. In the rules thread (which apparently was pointless because master sou-bot says it was) we decided that people should TRY to be nice, but honestly I believe banning for insulting someone is a bit much, I mean, if you're going to threaten someone like "okay i'm going to tear out your spleen and fuck you" and they're 100% serious, honestly I don't know what I'm talking about right now but I just can't see justice in banning someone for insulting someone unless that person took the insult as a great offense. For example, Kents joke about god and shit really ticked off Gatrie, thats worthy of a ban. Me calling you an asshole is not worthy of a ban, maybe a rep-, but honestly it's so easy to just type in faggot it's almost completely lost it's meaning.
