The avatar limit here is ridiculous so I'm going to show you how to get through it, but don't be gay and get a huge avatar you cockmonglers.
So the first thing you do is sign up here http://signavatar.com/ Not sure if it asks for an email confirmation.
Once you have an account you go to add avatar and use an image that fits the fucking limit here. What you use won't matter simply because you're going to be replacing it later on.
After you grab your image url, you only have to add one, despite there being three slots, you're going to click add avatar. After this you're going to go to edit avatar and you're going to see something like this your url: http://signavatar.com/14871_v.gif you're going to copy this link and edit your profile here and use that same link as your avatar.
After that, you can go to edit avatar and delete the smaller image you used, and add a new avatar that bypasses the limit here, after doing that, you won't have to edit anything else here on this site and your avatar should appear.

Alright so you add an avatar that is below 140x140. In this case, just add the avatar you both are using at the moment.
