Like you so stated it's all about money, Moulah, Dinero. Have you seen the Companies that are in partnership with this bill? Viacom, Disney, Activision, Warner Bros. Studios, the list goes on. As people not in the US may know is that the United States of America has a 15 trillion dollar debt on it's shoulders, and they believe that by passing this it will somehow help the economy. Thing is, they do not realize how much the internet can contribute to the economy.

I hope to all that is good this bill will not pass... It is such evil and as you said ArchAngel.. All about money. And power. Those who back this bil can also cause a closed propaganda enterprise online. Meaning they can commercialize what they want and nothing else... which is exactly what the Germans did in War War 2. It is brain washing... If you read the entire bill it also says that forced LSO segments will be AUTOMATICALLY FORCED onto your computer. Not many know what a lso is so I will be brief.. It is like a cookie but it is with flash and you can not get rid of them in a normal matter and more so it traces what you do. They will FORCE these lsos using Macromedia onto PCs and if the PC has it blocked the site will not activate any form of flash. Why you may ask is this in the bill? So they can INVADE privacy.. and why do they not mention it? Not many people even know about all the clauses in this vile bill... T_T

You do know that you can actually block all those commercials and ads from youtube and still use it fully right? None of those ads are needed to run the flash videos and all that are embedded can be blocked and even skipped. =/ Even the LSO latency with youtube can be blocked and still you can message and see all videos to full extent plus it improves video speed and performance since your not having your bandwith leeched off of 3rd party ad sites.

I really hope this doesn't pass truly cause it will fuck up mugen, it does not matter where you live you will be affected cause chances are you use american sites, meaning they will be gone. youtube gone cause it could POTENTIALLY do copyrighted things. mugen falls under the fair use law.
if this bill passes to a law it will go around the fair use law and guess what mugen is then illegal. I really pray this doesn't ever pass or they just keep getting it delayed more and more. but there are online groups idk if any of you know them they are called anonymous :P who are terrorizing the maker of this bill. The gov thinks they can do what they want. well this is the internet they have no idea what they are dealing with.

Anonymous is... well.. illegitimate big mouths. Nothing they have so called done has been proven and all their threats never came through. I remember when they said they would hack facebook... they never did it. They uploaded a video saying the bill was passed a whole day before it even was subjected about how stupid the USA is.... And so on.... Not sure if their group even does anything other then upload videos... Back in the day when I was a kid... The U.S.S Coal was bombed during President Bill Clinton's time... And then when they first started they said they would do something against the terrorists... never did. Since they were first formed never have I seen them do anything other then upload videos and never have I found out of anything they have done other then upload videos.... "Heresay" is pointless. =/ If they do something they should at least provide proof of it. But the bill has been delayed.. Cheers for now..

the actual group does alot more than you think they leaked out the info of the starter of the bills private info his living whereabouts where he goes at what time of the day, his email and private email and even his private phone number that was never supposed to be given out :P ect. basically this guy is getting stalked constantly which could be why he wanted to get this bill through LOL. theres alot they have done that has got them on the news where fbi has looked for them but has not found them.
the thing is anyone can say they are apart of them but they could be lieing which is what most of the people who use anons name on their youtube is doing its all fake. Anonymous is more an ideal than a small group of people they recruit people all the time. the thing with them is they are so mysterious they don't even know who each other is in rl :P so no one can rat the other out if one decides to try to betray them. they are professionals basically. they threatened the government that if this bill passes as a law everyone who voted yes on it would pay the price. I am not sure where you get the idea they make empty threats. They don't they go through with what they said they will do. Anonymous never planned on hacking facebook that was a rumor started by a fake. if you want the real news on what they plan to do. google anonops.com you will find their website. anything not posted there is not really them saying it will happen its fakers. They have taken action against a bunch of stupid corporations and dumb ideas and the companys were forced to give in to what was wanted.
