I have always been wondering that what is the bar at the top-right corner in the pm box?
And what would happen if it gets filled?

I think he is referring to the bar which keeps filling when you send pms to others. It's at the top right corner in the pm box.

it just shows how many PMs (both inbox and outbox) you have over 100 (the max is 100)
