My last pc broke too now I have an external hd with all my mugen stuff.
If your mugen is not very big you can use a pendrive

you could upload your mugen stuff to a site that gives you a bunch of free space like esnips gives you 5 GB of free space

Esnips has many Fail uploads, you upload a file & you cant download it even after the upload was complete.

Also a website like esnips could have a server your data is on crash and without any other backup for the files, those files are gone. a portable hard drive is a safer method, but its not perfect. a hard drive can still go bad from a virus on some other factor, but its safer than keeping it online.
