| this is for the mugen beginners (as the section implies) how to add chars into ur mugen :
put the character's folder into the chars folder and open it and verify that its def file is having the same name as the char's folder (like if the char's folder name is say"12345" then the .def file shud be "12345.def") if the def file is not having the same name then rename it
now open the select.def file in the data folder of ur mugen with notepad and in the character's section write the name of the char (like its "12345" in my case)
ur char is added and it will be available for selecting in the select screen
