You should share it in Characters/Stages sharing section. Once buy sees it, if char's not in the DB he'll add it and give credits to you for sharing it.

The stage section links to the Wiki DB, and you can post stuff by yourself there... There's no stage section in this DB.

CHARACTERS: Go to select.def and to
[Characters]
and under kfm put your character there that you downloaded. If it does not work the folder name and character .def file are different.
STAGES: Go to select.def and to
[STAGES]
Again, its a minor difference. Instead of BattleField you do
stages/Battlefield.def
