NARUTO OPENED THE SEAL(well the key that jiraya made)....SO the toad sages needed to put a toad in naruto so they would alarm the head frog about it XD that means if naruto has enough will he might control the kyubii like how killer bee controls the hachibi
well killer bee is a air head so maybe the hachibi can't beat him
and the kyubii has a phsyco-pathic personality which will be hard for naruto to control
and naruto can just hurt himself till he almost dies and go 8 tails on sasuke XD

but the rasenshuriken destroys chakra(well thats in my term..) so if sasuke gets hit a little like in deidara and sasuke's battle[color=red]he'll lost chakra before he could summon....but naruto's aim is lower than 50% so he might drain all his energy before he can hit him
