I can't remember it was many chapters ago but i think his mask only cracked a little or something and then it went off to some other battle.

| One of the 2 outcomes for Madara from my point of view:
a) Itachi deactivates all Edo Tensei, including Madara, but then it shows that the 25 Susanoo Madara used killed almost all of the Kages (Gaara should survive, the others can all die I guess, maybe they help protecting Gaara).
b) Itachi deactivates all Edo Tensei BUT Madara, since Kabuto took special care over him so he was un-unsumonnable, then Itachi, Sasuke and Naruto have to deal out with him.

dude haku was an enemy. tenten is like on level 3 of protagonists ( level 1 being naruto and sasuke, level 2 being the most important side chars like gaara)
but i really don't think the edo tensei will be simply stopped like this. it is just too simple and predictable for the next chapter lol. or like you said, ET is stopped but madara continues to rape the kages
