Mei is obviously not uzumaki so is Gaara, Gaara's dad, Sasori and Akamichi Choza.
But I doubt Sasori is one because if he was he would have been mentioned as Sasori Uzumaki.

Who do you even have to ask if Choza, Mei Terumi and Sasori are uzumakis then?
Choza is obviously Akamichi
Mei is obviously Terumi and
Sasori is at the same bloodline as Chiyo.

The Rin is a fan art it's supposed to be red
