Hm yea he could kill cell since the movie was right around the cell saga but i'm not to sure about buu though(it depends which one you mean fat buu will die, adult buu would put up a good fight not sure for the victor and kid buu...well let's just say broly dies there). Thanks to the ''What if's'' in Dragonball Raging Blast they made him reach ssj3 and man is he strong -_-. ssj4 would just be hell and the apocolyps will come and all we know WILL END

| I think i would say Saruin from romancing saga yea you dont really witness any evil from him but he is like the god of evil and all of that bad stuff or maybe Zeromis from ff4 again you dont witness alot of evil from him but he is a complete embodiment of hatred
