best are Symphony of the night, Aria of sorrow, Dawn of sorrow and... all others!
only castlevania 2 simon's quest was not as good as the others

I love Castlevania, Thats a good example of a game thats just seems to get better, I just picked up the rondo of blood for the psp recently and I'm loving it so far. I would disagree with you about CV2 Simon's Quest as I think that game is good and was at its time challenging. If anything else I would say the 3 dimensional Castlevania 64 was the crappiest game. That once still annoys me.

PS fast fact Simon's Quest is given a special place in video game history as its often credited with the first game to have multiple endings

phuck YEH, brother 'hien!!! My fav. Castlevanias: Symphony of the Night & Super Castlevania IV (Simon Belmont+metal whip)

I don't know why I never really got into any other releases--I mean, they're 'ok' of course, but my fav. classic one is Super Castlevania IV (I think it's the only 2-d side scrolling Castlevania that implemented a metal whip that can whip in 8 directions (360 degrees) AND the music was cool! I have quite a few cool remixes of the beginning song.

And ofCOURSE--we GOTZ ta give it up for SOTN! One of the most ingenious creations retaining the Castlevania title EVERRRRRRR--it was DOPER than DOPENESS! It had the same map and layout as "Super Metroid" which was one of the "thumbs up" features! And I do have a sh*tload of superb Castlevania bgm remixes too--they'll be perfect for when my Alucard char is finished! YATTAAAAA!

***Brother Hien, I know you will like this SOTN remix (you might have heard it or have the mp3, everyone likes this song!)-it's an italiano dance rejuice of the first level song I think:
