Best: Ken (Shinryuken FTW) Akuma (THATS RIGHT RAGING DEMON)
Worst:anybody that cant kick

Worst: Kankuro (idk why)

Best: Ogichi (epic combos)

Best: L, Ryuk

Ozu, Sry, L's mugen version basically makes his chair move towards the opponent with his fist aimed at them, hitting them until they die.

Not the best sprites/ graphics, pretty sure if I could make sprites it could be better.
