Troubleshooting:

If exe crashes:
1.- Be sure that the game is in a similar location of your hard drive like in this example:
C:\PocketDC\PocketDC.exe
NOT like this
C:\PocketDC\PocketDCv1.0\PocketDC.exe

Only keep one folder between the game exe and the root letter of the disk.

2.- The order of the audio plugins, in some machines do not work, from a working winmugen you had, try to overwrite the file mugen.cfg into the data folder of the game.

3.- Your machine probably does not like the old winmugen, reasons are plenty, could be the video card, the audio card, it is too new or too old, difficult to know try it on another PC or laptop.

Let me remind you that this game obeys to the following principle: it works well for the person who made this game , it should work well for you, but perhaps it will not. The only way to make sure, is to test it and try the first 2 options one at the time and if it does not work, option 3 is your only choice.
