Yagura(3 jinch) talks with someone else's voice but you all know why
Roshi(4jinch) has 2 or 3 moves that are extremely powerful but he's one of the best i've seen
Killer Bee(8 jinch) and naruto(9 jinch) are MG's, Utakata (6 jinch) and Nibi(2 jinch) are Pain-Sama's, Fu(7 jinch) and Han (5 jinch)are made by Deidara-Rap and Nestoruzumakii, and the rest are a whole variety of creators
Found through searching Google, mugencharacters, and KyubiMugen.
Gaara is the only one who cannot transform or do a transformation attack
