An overpowered version of Kishima, but effect-wise, he's awesome.
Some people might say there are too many effects on this guy, but I don't mind.
Plus, his attacks are cool to look at due to its effects.

Well, the newer version seems to have auto AI, I've not been able to turn it off yet. I think its all in either the Statedef -2 or -3 coding, or in the CMD
