question about Alfred spritesheet unpacker

ok. i have cut the sprites in bmp but the filenames of the cut sprites are not in same order as the sprites' order in the spritesheet. they are jumbled whatever.

is this really how this software works? or is there a setting that I don't know i need to adjust?

The Trick Lies on how you use it
if its like you hold shift and then rename all then it wont work
but try using ctrl and one by one in order then rename it....it might work :\
and could you tell me how you turn them into bmp plzzzzzzzz

i am referring to the filenames generated by the sprite unpacker itself. i did not rename anything.

shouldn't this software cut sprites from left to right, top to bottom? wtf is this shitty software

it didn't even work for me,when i extracted,it said please reinstall the application...... sad

the sprites are from GB playable sprites, they're TOO MANY to rename. unless i have NO LIFE.
this way, it will still be less tedious to cut them in paint old-school way

As others have said the numbers given to the exported frames correspond to the order you selected them.

When you use 'select all' the frames are selected in the order the frames occur working left to right, top to bottom.

The default 'select all' behaviour uses each frame's top left corner to determine its order, but this can be changed via the options form to the bottom left corner or the centre of the frame.

Also, it should work fine on Vista and XP it's only dependant on .NET...
