well if some how sasuke ends up dead you should update FG-M Sasuke so people will be happy and when kabuchimaru dies it looks like it will happen during the next 10 chapters you should also update him

I really think that you should be doing Cooler and Bardock first, along with Amaterasu. Mostly because their sprite sheets are done.

Seeing how people voted a lot for Cooler and Amaterasu, they're probably the 2 ones I should start with. But since Ammy sheet is still not done, I'll start with Cooler. Same applies to Vincent, what leaves me with the choice of U3 Bardock as another char to do. Not too much people seem to be interesed in Ganon and Gast, so they're left for the final ones, unless I REALLY feel like doing them. And about Naruto stuff, I guess Pain will be the next to start while I wait for Madara (both in sprite and manga), so Zetsu must wait for now (anyways Pain will be slowly done, it's a pain in the ass and the other chars look far more interesing, funny and easier to code).

In short:

1) Cooler, Bardock.
2) (as soon as I get the sheets) Amaterasu, Vincent.
3) Pain, Gast, and Madara should I get the sheets.
4) Ganondorf, Zetsu.

And the 3 secret chars somewhere between these.
