| If you don't like the deal of their power, can't you just go in the CNS file, make a few alterfications and it be like any regular character? makes you think that there should even be classifications, just characters....

| Those i call Omni-Psycs after Omni-Psyc-Super-Dizzy LVL 2. Thins like Oni Miko, 20k, acradboy, 2nd death star; Those i call legends. Some rare some not. Either way, they are cheap as SHIT. So, here are my ranks.
1.:Weak(KFM,others in that catergorization)
Desc:Can have a parry happy AI, but is weak among most standards.
2.:Balanced(Dancing Banana, Kratos, Most MK Chars, ect.)
Desc:The average character with fun moves and is "Even Steven".
3.:Strong(Motaro, Shao Kahn, Ultimate Gogeta, ect.)
Desc: Not to many Balanced can handle these. They are the Highest of the Lowest.
4.:Cheap( Supreme goku, Rei, Spam happy characters, ect.)
Desc: Can pile drive anything ranked below it into the dirt. Very little spam controller if any.
5:ZOMG!( Mecha Scorpio, Bravado(An unreleased char by me), Orochi spongebob, Elique, ect.)
Desc: These like to take their time and spam you to death...nice n' slow. They are pretty damn cheap.
6:Omni-Psyc( Omni-Psyc-Super-Dizzy LVL 2., Supreme gogeta, God Orochi, ect.)
Desc: The "Insta-kill counter attack", No spam controller, Kick yo azz like a BAUWS(Boss) type of character. DON'T Face these without proper preparation!
7:Legend(Oni-Miko, A-Bomb, 2nd death star, 20k, Legend Muzachi, Oniwarud(Ai only),acradboy, ect.)
Desc: Literally unstoppable overkill characters that will blow you to pieces before you can say; "ZOMG I GOT PWN3D!" . This is perhaps the character category you were looking for? Or maybe Omni-Psyc? These are VERY cheap and spam like a mother fucker.
