| i have a char in my mugen that doesnt work, but i cant figure out which one. every time it tries load the char in arcade or suvival, it shuts down. its really aggravating since i have a slow computer and it takes like 10 minutes to load every time i start it. i dont understand how it could be broken, because i test all my chars when i get them, so they all worked at some point. does anyone know of a way to figure out which char it is?

| Have you tested your stages also ? I had this same problem and it was a broken stage.

| Same here, I had that a lot of times.. I had a MUGEN with about 1000 chars.. & after waiting 20 minutes, it shut down.. I had to look all over each char.. Like putting 10 chars first, & add the next 10, & then the next 10, & so forth. Until my MUGEN finally shut down by itself again. At that point, I looked up at the recent 10 chars I put into the def file & checked all of them. Then I added them one by one to the roster until I finally found the broken char, who had the pal.defaults set to Pal1, Pal2,Pal3 instead of 1,2,3.

| I've always found that when you add characters or stages into your game, you a better off only throwing 1-3 in at a time. Launch your game and go to watch make the new character fight someone you know works fine. If things go well your usually golden, when it comes to stages i do the same thing, add 2-3 and pick 2 characters you know work then chose the new stage. After I crashed out my original mugen by adding a bunch of things (20+) at a time I learned doing a little at a time can help a lot. Hope that helps you
