| yeah I know that but in the game there is no point doing that, so instead that should stun the enemy instead right? maybe with a some helper jump in and attack him when he stun

Yeah That Machine Then While The Opponent is stuck in it you can make ibiki touch is head and then the opponent falls down on the ground for 10 seconds

| That machine isn't really hard to do. It seems a bit of a genjutsu but it is really a kuchiyose, you just need the sprites or even mix some chains with a square with some gears if you aren't able to do a one.
As far i know the manga/anime itself never showed him peforming water release also during Naruto #105 he peformed a thing on his mouth like a combustible but i'm pretty sure isn't fire release, anyways it is your character good luck with him.
Other than that, everyone know at least Kage Bunshin and some kawarimi, he probably knows Kanashibari no jutsu.
