Fixed the image. How do you frankensprite without breaking the palletes. I tried to change the head of a char on photoshop once, but i couldn't put it back on the sheet cuz the pallete got messed up.

It is a very good frankensprite

It's cos you were working with the image in 256 colours... You have to increase the color depht to 16 millon so it doesn't mess up.
