Shoots out a missile from his arm???? The attacks under "Special PSP" on the spritesheet.

^Click the image on this link and you'll download a spritesheet for pein with a few unique attacks (especially the interrogation thingo that the human path has). Make sure you save it :)
Also the sprite from the sprite sheet you posted on the first page where Nagato pulls out someones soul. One of the movements in that attack should include him holding out his hand while it glows blue. You should use this sprite (where his hands glows/is outlined blue) and make him shoot out a blue laser of chakra at the enemy :P
