| its almost done its coming along nicely i must say I gave him some more feedback on stuff to fix so cloud will be done at least. Its worth the wait trust me best char and fair from mgssj2 ive ever tried. I hope he continues in this way. So be patient its almost done promise he sent me the update last night. Public release will be soon if all goes right
if he plans on releasing them both at once well you might be waiting again lol.
sometimes our lives make us be slower on mugen creating for example I am making Laharl and it will be awhile till hes done some of us are speedy others are not. Mgssj2 is not. but he wants them to be perfect so it takes time.

he doesn't HAVE to make anything. Its all up to him we make what we want WHEN we want. we dont get paid for this its a hobby you get that right? you need to learn to be patient 6 months is nothing try waiting a year for an amazing char that happened with Cybasters Goku (Which was imo the best one ever made)
you need to learn patience.
believe me if he would of released cloud earlier when he was first mostly done he was buggy as hell and needed work he is way more polished now still has a few more fixes and whatnot but ill tell you its worth the wait.
