| little bit of feedback, his walk feels way to slow
you have a blank Sound = in the def remove that it crashes mugen at least it does for 1.0
Some of his clsns need some serious work his supers have infinite priority, what if I wanted to hit him before the move came out, wouldn't be able to. He has some debug flood on some attacks press CTRL + D to see it and play your character. Considering though how many terrible one piece chars ive played hes not bad but not great either. Good luck : )

| tora2, Tnx for the feedback . Its weird when I try to make his walk faster than that it feels like he's floating. That is why I made the dash fast. The blank sound I never noticed it but it didn't crash my mugen 1.0 not even once. And I intentionally didn't include clsn when he calls bepo coz if you hit him while doing this you can spam bepo but despite this law can't move. Anw thanks for the feedback I appreciate it :))

| np I am not a one piece fan but i like a few of a the chars. don't even know who this guy is but regardless Hes really not bad aside from a few things I mentioned nice job.
