| I loved Kurai Naito's Sagat but since he doesn't do any mugening anymore I took it upon myself to fix up his Sagat.
Things that I updated:
- new small portrait and alternate big portrait.
- changed all palettes.
- added a run and run jump.
- changed combo triggers for his basics.
- added sounds to the power charge and updated the animation accordingly.
- added sounds to Tiger Carry.
- added sounds to Tiger Rage.
- added sounds to Time Over lose.
- changed some voice clips for some of his basics.
- changed Tiger Cannon voices to the proper voice clips.
- fixed sound randomization issues on all his basics.
- fixed timings of sounds for all his basics.
- fixed a hitdef bug in Tiger Genocide.
- fixed up all clsns.
- removed invertall from the hitdef palfx of Tiger Raid and Tiger Slash.
- updated intros.
- new intro added.
- updated win poses.
- new win pose added.

Also, I've always wanted to make a slightly overpowered character so I plan on making a custom version of this Sagat later. Basically his specials and supers will be more agile and crazy compared to a typical Sagat. I plan on calling it Berserk Sagat. He won't be totally overpowered, more like a boss level character.
Feedback, comments, and critisism are all welcome. Questions and suggestions for my future edit "Berserk Sagat" are also welcome.
