last time i had that issue was when my mugen life damage was at 300 when i test the chars in it it seemed normal to me but after release some people pointed that out that how i notice my mugen life was at 300 so i changed it to 100 than edit most of my chars back to normal

don't turn this into a ciff discussion please cliffs stuff is cheap hands down. MGSSJ2's characters are also cheap but betterly coded. as far as naruto chars go.

NOW THEN BACK TO THESE this cloud and sephy will not be as cheap due to me being the beta tester and making sure its fair and fun to play. I alredy have these 2 and he is improving compared to before. they are alot fairer than his old chars but still need work as hes doing right now. expect good characters out of these.
