What PC should I buy to play
winmugen ?

You don't need to buy a power-
full desktop. A pentium / athlon
is enough. You can even play
on your notebook, xbox360
or playstation3.

Are u talking about home consoles how would i do that?

mugen works pretty well and pretty versatile with any PC--laptop or desktop, but isn't it true that certain characters could slow down your system/mugen? I'm talking about high megabyte characters like: ie. Dark Morrigan.
