Someone who goes to a website just to download characters. And just leave, no feedback no thanks are given they just leave.
As for Kent's comment. I didn't say I copied/pasted another person's coding. I said looking at their code finding out why the creator decided to make those design choices, and see if I could learn new gameplay/coding/design mechanics to better my coding practices. That's how you learn coding not just in Mugen, but anything like java, C++, C#, etc. Bottom line Kent, STFU noob.
