ummmmmmm.....can u upload the chars from another site??? cuz this site makes you wait for 90 secend + when the secends are finished i can't download the car wacko

you can upload the chars from( 4shared - megaupload - zshare)

Ah, I think I know the site you mean. Try not using a download manager, then you should be able to download after the 90 seconds. It works for me when you just use IE explorer to download, but the download won't start in my download manager.

Man, I do not know if it can help you but if your browser is Windows, then the site "uploading" you have to wait the 90 seconds to download files of mugen that is hosted there. But I am looking for faster ways to download mugen chars for the whole site, and even in my area that is already using the 4shared site to download the chars and stages. I invite you to go there and try and see if that site is working smile
