EVE Screenpack problem

| I'm using EVE low-res screenpack:
And when I tried to change the lifebar, they are zooming out the screen.
I had change the localcoord but nothing happen. What should i do?

| those are hi res lifebars, and since you're using a low res screenpack i can tell you're using low res mugen
get either a hi res screenpack+hi res mugen (or winmugen plus)
or get some low res lifebars
