| I know there is two mugen pages for naruto chars, Here 'n Here but pretty sure only mods can add characters through second link. If do, can anyone add my AN.BU? He is now on first link provided.

| i think you can only add chars to mugencharacter (without s) site
you have to ask buy (admin here) to add your char to the other site (mugencharacters with s)
