Is there anyway to make Mugen 1.0 Compatible chars compatible to WinMugen?

Codewise idk
but mugen1.0 characters can be played in winmugen
so compatability is not a prob

Not in my case
This Char only works on Mugen 1.0
I tried it on WinMugen
Doesn't work

depends on which 1.0 version the char is coded. you see, if chars are coded to work on those crappy RC versions of 1.0, it has a lot of codes that are not compatible with the winmugen.

but winmugen to FINAL 1.0 version and vice versa is ok and almost no drastic changes

that link is for FINAL version of 1.0
also those rules for converting arent always working, especially screenpacks, i tried that for motifs but didnt worked so i asked my motif expert friend to convert a motif to 1.0 for me

actually i read your post again, i havent tried a char for 1.0 in winmugen, but there should be errors as well. if its a winmugen char played in 1.0, more chances of having errors

note RC means release candidate. its like another way by elecbyte of calling an alpha or beta version

personally, i code chars and i dont change anything and my chars work in winmugen and 1.0 (final)

I've used plenty of Hi-res chars before in winmugen
