On this site it says that people without fast PC's should be able to play Mugen on their XBOX 360. Is this true? If so, could I have relatively straightforward steps to go about this?

the xbox 360 can run mugen engine but ur console has to be Jtaged If anyone felt insulted or attacked by someone here then tell me bout it and show me some proofs and ill see what i can do, we wanna keep it friendly here
