How do you convert an image to pcx?

| I am trying to create a sasuke for fun and am new to coding but I found a Sheet I would like to use but have no clue how to use it. I need to somehow convert it to pcx but I don't know how to do that. HELP!

| you dont need to convert them with fighter factory you can use BMP files so it saves a lot of time

| It's a file extension... change the extensions by using ac-dsee program

| I understand now. But now I have a new prob. Can you give help me find a Sasuke Sprite sheet? That would be great but if not then I can find it myself.
