| there are many ways to add charackters O.o for beginners there is a tool named Mugen Windows Configurator 4.h very helpful for people who only want to add charackters

| first make sure that the charcters folder name is the same as the def file for the character, then go to your data folder and go into select.def then where it says place characters here simply put the name of the folder the character is in and save the file.
