is there any way to make mugen for online playing

is there any way for making mugen online even whit hamashi or other program like to add a certain number of chars and well valance them so it be equal and well u know it might be fun to make it to set a world record etc XD whit ranks and everything ... im just asking if its posible . still many chars to download give updates since it will be diferent and may crash. happy

ikemen... but i'm not sure if it works online, its still a beta...
and it's a pain in the ass to understand how it works

it should also allow you to play with the chars you want against the enemy using the chars he wants
