1- Post mugen content ( chars, stages, screenpacks, addons etc ) that are not on the database. Use the search function on the db before posting. 2- Chars on the database that are offline count as well
3- The rarer the content ( more difficult to find ) the better
4- The winners will be chosen on a poll at the beginning of each month by users with contributor level ( 50 posts or above ) and moderators.
5- The winner will get 3 reputation points and will have his/her name posted on the hall of fame of the COTM section.
6- The 2 and 3 place, if any, will get 2 and 1 reputation points accordingly
