Itachi by S.Nara: teh spammer
Barbatos Goetia by Kurogane: exibit b, the steriod user

Itachi is powerful and spams wayyy too much (at least this version) and Goetia... he has a "penetrate"/super armor that lasts at the min 20 hits long you're probably going to need a cheap character to even hope to stand up to these two.

Both should be with in the database, I'm pretty sure I saw them. if not, they're links are the first to appear in google when typing in the name an creator. I'll see if I can put them on some file sharing site if anyone has any trouble

sadly people dont vary, a naruto MUGEN with naruto chars makes it seem like its exclusive for naruto characters.
So to vary is not the word, its more about personilization.

where could I find this limiter broly? lol. Anyways Goegita is one of the cheapest characters I've encountered, he has a strong defense and a penetrate ability that prevents him from flinching. That's way too much time to allow him to use his 1hko without even taking damage... which no character (but god orochi) could stand up to >_<
