| Just beat Flowagirl/the Necromancer's Broli char (the one with the badass AI), with any character that is not cheap nor stronger than normal (Future Trunks is out of the question).
Notice that I won't be able to see the vid, so just do it and post the vid for others to see it, I'll take your word you done it.
BTW I'll get you the download link to the char soon if you still don't have it.
