Every time someone posts a new char on this forum i'll add to the database with this person's profile so that people can give reputation if they like it.

See how it works. Notice MGSSJ2 name on a clickable link here ( http://mugencharacters.ucoz.com/load/0-5 ). When someone likes his contribution and this person has the ability to give reputation, he will be able to click his name and give him rep for the char he found.
