this is really easy you need to do the following things
extract the screenpack
copy the extracted files to your data folder in your mugen your computer will ask you to replace files make it to yes and your screen pack will change
most probably then you'll have to remake the select.def file if you want to increase the number of chars in your mugen it can become graphically glichy so i don't suggest you to
if you need a screenpack there are plenty on the wiki DB
