here is the best site , all roms that ever comes out for gba and nds , beside that the working no$gba
its a german site but the most is write in english O.o i think you will be alright with it

a p2p sharing program is a port to port sharing program!
it's the most easy(and in some place illegal) way to get things! (and free)
- note: it's also dangerous cause you may find viruses if you use a p2p to download something too popular like music
