Sasori (サソリ, Sasori), also known as Sasori of the Red Sands (赤砂のサソリ, Akasuna no Sasori), was an S-rank missing-nin from Sunagakure's Puppet Brigade and a member of Akatsuki, where he was partnered with Orochimaru and later, Deidara. Hailed as a legendary puppet master, he created a number of ingenious puppets including the three main puppets that Kankurō uses, which he created while in Sunagakure. As puppets are usually installed with long-range weapons, Sasori was an expert at fighting at long distances. Sasori can also control living people as puppets, even against their will, if they are weakened enough. His usage of puppets were at such a high level that he made mere techniques appear as an artistic performance, what he called his "Red Secret Technique" (Akahigi)

| I'm still typing things up. In a nutshell I rebalanced most of the imba-attacks and killed off the Akahigi-HitOverride bug. Also this should serve as a one-look thing for everything about the character. Hold on.

| I still think you should add some basic attacks to Sasori. He is defenseless without his puppet.

| UPDATES:
- Kawarimi chakra requirement has been doubled.
- Satetsu Kyodaiso and Satetsu Kyodai Tettsui attack speed has been reduced by 10%.
- Sky Waltz damage has been reduced by 25%.
- Satetsu Kyodaiso velocity has been reduced from 16 -> 14.
- Sasori stops all Awakening attack strings when the mode's time runs out.
- Flamethrower jutsu time has been reduced by 20%.
- Awakening mode now has reload time.
- Bug involving Akahigi, scroll, and the hitoverride has been fixed.

I made it to be defenseless without the puppet. It's compensated for by the high-damage attacks (thus I keep on resisting the idea of nerfing the Satetsu damages).Added (2012-07-19, 7:07 PM)

| dont worry tora, I read those.
I have some basic knowledge about balancing, but I guess I balanced this character with respect to all my other projects, not all the MUGEN characters. Besides, Sasori is defenseless when the puppet is bypassed. I used the damage in order to compensate for that weakness (thus my continuous refusal to decrease the damage). However some of the blatantly overpowered stuff were nerfed.

| i wish you had it more like the puppet was in front of him, or connected and didnt move all about. so you could do real combos and all that it would be amazing to have him be like his ninja storm 2 counterpart.
and I would like his puppet form to be a separate char if at all possible. balanced or not this is probably the best sasori ive ever seen. I feel with more tweaks I could actually put him in my full roster and many others could to if you are interested. I am a coder myself and I would love to help you. (you actually know some things i dont) but I can help you with balance more so. if you are open to it.
BETTER yet put the puppet behind him normally and for attacks make it pop in front for the attacks and such like combos supers ect this way he can be hit normally and you still need to get to your opponent to hit them.
