| Very nice char i must say it, just tested, if is one thing that i dont like about it is that his AI is not smart enought at when i fight agaist it to charge his chakra to use more of his powerfull ninjutsu's, is a thing that i hate at most of chars, is charging just like 5% and use that chakra with an attack and so on, thou as i said is a very good char THUMBS UP

| There's a few things in there that you could have improved on.
-you should remove the fact that your air normal hits "pull" you forward. If you plan on keeping it, I suggest making it a lot more subtle
-the mangekyo sharingan, after the attack, whether you hit or miss. Kakashi gets stuck in a stun that lasts forever. I know you were going for anime accuracy, but in a fighting game that makes the move pretty useless.
Don't take this as me bashing on your character, it's just constructive criticism

| The character is coded well but the effects are bad, try using hi-res effects the next time, the outcome will be better.

| I don't like the effect of walking. The effects of jumping and landing are nice but decrease the velocity of the jump. You could have used better hitsparks cause they don't seem so good. After the mangekyou sharingan the character is stuck in a crouching state. The effects of super-pause could be much better. Anyways, the character is good for your first and it isn't over powered thats the thing that I liked about this character. But overall for your first charatcer its pretty good.
