I don't understand why this was deleted, but I'm posting it again. If there was a reason it was removed then oh well. Just delete it again.

He's pretty much finished. Some moves I didn't add due to lack of sprites, but I'll eventually figured something out.

seriously, all the chibis I have are half finished or with just a basic set of moves, no one pays attention to chibis, they just quickly get them done, then start working on a normal character for about 3 months.

got to agree... i was about to make a chibi mugen in my pc but i changed my mind after seeing that many of the chibi chars are scrap... basically i would have played with a really small amount of chars

I don't release characters unless I am going to finish them. I use to when I first began, but I stopped that after Zelos.
