| Hey Guys,
Here's my Suigetsu. This was probably the longest it's taken to create an NZC character. This is because I've implemented a new portrait system, yes once more. Why? Simply because I want to get better. So I try new things to see how the public reacts to them and if it's a success, continue on in that direction. Anyways, Suigetsu has a custom-sprited moveset for his c-button attacks. This was no simple task. Enjoy.

this character is awesome i dont see any bugs besides the water prison jutsu looking a little funny but really nice job

| Mugen_Boy, He's not missing a stance sprite. His animation is 4 frames long. I did the best to time it right. It looks good in my opinion anyways.
Scorpion, Water prison intentionally makes the opponent invisible because I have no way of accounting for characters that are larger than the prison. Take it from me, it looks far worse with a larger character sticking out of the orb than just not being visible at all. It was a simple decision after seeing and comparing the results of both tests.

| I haven't given it much thought yet. Next I will be making lifebars, for the full game of course, but I'll make sure they work in any mugen (1.0) installation.
