Good pallets but I think the Lightning Ryu needs a bit more work at shading the shadow which falls near his stomach while he does that action.

Well, if you guys download them, the editing shouldnt be hard at all as evil ryu
has the palette colors seperated fairly well. So you wont think your changing
one color and wind up changing another. happy

oh I'm done making mine, my current issue is making then into an sff file that doesnt ruin the color of certian sprites.
