Well after playing with them for a good hour. The only thing I noticed that could be wrong technically speaking, is that the Tsuchikage's strong combo can miss its final hit if you tap too fast. That being said it doesn't happen too frequently. Also, if you do redo them at some point, which i guess would be when there's more moves in the manga to work with, I would think about making the Guillotine Drop a special or super. He was going to use it as a killing move in the manga so I thought it might be better represented as a stronger move. Maybe have it be a two-phase move like the Raiger Bomb, where he kicks the enemy onto the ground where they lay stunned for a moment and then the Raikage jumps over them to do the Guillotine Drop.
