For those of you who don't know how to download in these websites with languages you don't understand, you don't really have to understand what it's saying, you know? Just KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE CHARACTERS NAME, you'll see things like "charactername.extension"; just click on it, click on the name especially on the ones coloured blue. The extension could be anything like zip/rar/7zip/lhz/ace and etc.. In this case, you can CLEARLY see the file COLOURED IN BLUE named "TaoMata.zip", just click it and... wala! Remember this because it goes the same on any of this kind of websites for M.U.G.E.N.. Have fun!
